Clash of the Titans

We hosted our first-ever field hockey tournament at Pretoria High School for Girls' Astro turf!

The tournament was open to the u11-u19 age groups, but divided into senior and junior divisions. The senior division consisted of players aged 14-19 and the junior division of players aged 10-13.

Each tournament consisted of at least 4 teams who played a round robin and finals. 

The total cost of R1500 per person included the operational costs as well as a full kit (shirt, skirt/shorts and socks).

All the tournaments were either streamed or recorded.

Game Structure:

2 x 20-minute halves with 5-minute halftime and 5 minutes between games for change over and sanitization.

Our teams in each tournament were: 

1) Ravens (blue)

2) Night Wings (red)

3) Beasts (green)

4) Starfires (purple)

5) Cyborgs (grey)

6) Bumblebees (yellow)
